Presence in the sky
"...I slowly looked back
skyward to realize the shadow was still closely hanging above
us in mid-air. Noticing Leo had become silent, without moving
my head, I tried to see what he was doing. Suddenly, as if
unable to contain himself, in a panicking voice he asked, "Do
you see what I see?!" His words sent shivers through
my body and made my hair stand-on end... Running as if our
lives depended on it...finding refuge in the shed, we hid
and curled in our sleeping bags anxiously awaiting daylight."
A path to Murray
The moment I walked in I had an
eerie feeling something was wrong. The curtains were drawn

saw his body lying on the floor. "Gee...! Murray...!"
Eight Days in August, 2008
"Because August 8th, two-thousand-and-eight
was declared a world-wide day off for reflection, communities
everywhere organized special events. Everyone took notice
as to the direction our Global Village was heading in and
engaged in positive changes..."
Singing along
Having disappointingly forgotten
my favourite tapes at home, I was inspired to perform my own
concert. Mid-way into my rendition, for some unknown reason
I reached to turn-on the radio. Simultaneously, and to my
astonishment, the exact same words I was singing were in concert
with Rod Stewart! A few minutes later, I was doing my best
interpretation of Phil Collins, when I was compelled to turn-on
the radio a second time....I instantly felt a tremor through
my body. Here I was again, singing exactly in unison, a song
that was presently playing! I'll be honest in saying, at this
point I felt a little spooked...
